The applicant is proposing to amend the Official Plan by re-designating the lands from “Residential Policy Area B” to “Residential Area”.

 Zoning By-law Amendment

The applicant is proposing to amend the Zoning By-law by rezoning the lands from Highway Commercial (CH) and Agricultural (A1) to Residential One (R1) and Residential Townhouse (RT) zoning categories with site specific provisions, and Open Space (OS).

 Draft Plan of Subdivision

The applicant is proposing to establish a subdivision consisting of 28 single detached dwelling lots, 45 townhouse dwelling lots, a 0.22 hectare open space block and a local road.
