 Current Status
  • Applicant has appealed all three applications as a decision on the applications had not been made within specified timelines in the Planning Act. For more information on the appeal, please visit the Ontario Land Tribunal's website
  • A Case Management Conference is scheduled for May 20, 2022 at 10:00am. The Ontario Land Tribunal has directed the applicant to issue formal notice in accordance with their procedures. The Town has received a copy of the notice informally from the Ontario Land Tribunal; however, we have not received the notice formally. 
  • The Town will appear at the Case Management Conference to seek party status and oppose the applications as per Council direction received on November 2, 2021 Planning and Development Committee and ratified by Council on December 14, 2021.

The subject lands are located at 0 and 18314 Hurontario Street. The lands are located on the west side of Hurontario Street, south of Charleston Sideroad in Caledon Village.

Zoning By-law Amendment

The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to amend the zoning of the property from Rural Residential (RR) to Townhouse Residential – Exception XXX (RT-XXX) to permit site specific standards to implement a development consisting of 30 condominium townhouse dwellings.
