 Draft Plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-law Amendment

The applicant applied for a Plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-law Amendment for an 8-lot estate residential plan of subdivision on municipal water and private sewage disposal systems.

Three lots would be accessed from a common element driveway at the end of Diamondwood Drive and the remainder of the lots would be accessed from an internal road off of Mount Pleasant Road. Two open space blocks and a block for stormwater management have also been proposed.
