Official Plan Amendment

The Official Plan Amendment proposes to amend the designation from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential.

Plan of Subdivision

The proposed development proposes 45 units split between 12 detached dwelling units, 25 townhouse dwellings and 8 units reserved for future development and associated reserve blocks and a block dedicated to road widening. 

 Zoning By-law Amendment

The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to amend the zoning of the property from Rural Residential (RR) to Residential One (R1) to permit the detached built form and Townhouse Residential Site Specific Exception (RT-XX) to implement the townhouse built form with  exceptions for lot area, lot frontage, building area, backyard amenity area, front yard, exterior side yard, rear yard, interior side yard, building height, landscaped area, porches and balconies and uncovered steps.
