The subject lands are located at 15, 21 and 27 Shore Street, Bolton, West of Queen Street South and North of Ellwood Drive West
- Town File Number(s): POPA 2024-0007 and RZ 2024-0024
- Project Name: Blackthorn Development Corp. (Maurizio Rogato) on behalf of Roscan Management Ltd. (Mark Cancian) & Trican Estates Ltd.
The Proposed Official Plan Amendment intends to redesignate the lands from Low-Density Residential to High-Density Residential with a site-specific policy to permit a 4-storey Apartment Building with a net density of 96 units per hectare.
The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to re-zone the lands from Residential One (R1) to a site-specific Multiple Residential (RM-XX) Zone.
