The subject lands are located at 15890 Mount Hope Road, west of Mount Hope Road and south of Old Church Road.

The applications propose creating an 11-lot estate residential subdivision, which would be serviced by municipal water and private septic services and accessed by an existing and one proposed road.
To permit the development, the Zoning By-law would be amended from Rural - Oak Ridges Moraine (A2-ORM) and Environmental Protection 2 - Oak Ridges Moraine (EPA2-ORM) to:
