The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to amend the zoning of the property from Open Space (OS) and Residential One Exception 69, 97, 103, 104 and 107 (R1- 69, R1-97, R1-103, R1-104, R1-107) to Open Space (OS) and Residential One – Exception XXX (R1 - XXX) to implement the proposed development. The intent of the zoning by-law amendment is to introduce site specific standards, including but not limited to, permitted uses, minimum lot area, minimum lot frontage, maximum building area, minimum building setbacks, maximum permitted encroachments. |
