With the close of the nomination period on August 21, 2026, and the passing of the legislated deadline to change, withdraw, or register as a candidate for the 2026 Municipal Elections, the Municipal Clerk for the Town of Caledon has certified the nominations pursuant to section 35 of the Municipal Elections Act, 1996, for the following candidates:

CALEDON, ON (August 21, 2026) – The Town of Caledon is pleased to announce the appointments of Scott Dalzell and Rocky Mino as Deputy Chiefs with Caledon Fire and Emergency Services, effective September 9, 2026.
