  • The description of the vehicle

Any lack of information may result in a delayed response time and resolution.

Protection of Personal Information

Your personal information is protected under the provisions of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act on all active by-law related complaints.

Request a parking regulation change

You can request a change to parking regulations if you have concerns about restrictions or parking on both sides of a residential street.

Please send us a completed On-Street Parking Request Form to apply.

Our process

We'll review your request and assess its impact on:
  • Safety
  • Parking supply
  • Access for emergency vehicles
  • Snow removal operations

If your requested change doesn't have any negative impacts, we will develop a questionnaire for you to survey the residents on the street.

Making a final decision

Once you've sent us the completed questionnaire, we will recommend the change and submit it to Town Council for approval. Council makes final decisions regarding revisions to the parking regulations.
