June is Recreation and Parks Month (JRPM), and the Town of Caledon is celebrating with free drop‑in activities throughout the month at various recreation centres across town.
Participate in FREE drop-in activities
While all JRPM drop‑in activities are free, pre‑registration is recommended for qualifying activities. Caledon residents and members get priority registration and can register 49 hours in advance. Non‑residents can register 25 hours in advance of the activity start time.

Summer program registration
Summer program registration also takes place during June. This season, we're launching more than 7,500 available spaces in 1,400 courses and 4,600 hours of drop-in activities! Mark your calendars:
- Program viewing: Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 7 a.m.
- Resident registration: Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 7 a.m.
- Non-resident registration: Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 7 a.m.

Seniors Month
June is also Seniors Month—a time to celebrate, connect and stay active in our community. Community organizations and services across Caledon, in partnership with the Town, are offering a wide variety of events in celebration of Seniors Month. Residents aged 55+ are invited to take part in a full month of free programs and activities designed to support health, wellness, and social connection. From fitness and learning opportunities to social events and community gatherings, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Caledon Day
We're excited to present the 17th annual Caledon Day on Saturday, June 20th, 2026 at the Caledon East Community Complex. Connecting our communities since 2008, this free community event brings together the best of Caledon and provides an opportunity to celebrate together as a community! Join us from 2 to 10 p.m. on June 20 for family fun including kid’s activities, local vendors, musical acts, fireworks and more.
