CALEDON, ON (August 14, 2025)  The Town of Caledon is preparing its 2026 budget and invites residents and businesses to share their input through a public survey. Your feedback will help inform decisions that shape the future of our community.

The survey is available at www.haveyoursaycaledon.ca/budget2026 and will remain open until TuesdaySeptember 30, 2025.

 Mill Street Bridge Erosion Protection Works (near intersection of Creditview Road and Mill Street, Village of Cheltenham)

The initial phase of the Mill Street bridge (ID: B27634041) rehabilitation works were completed in the Fall of 2024. The second phase of the Mill Street bridge improvement works involves installing in-water erosion controls around the bridge foundations to prevent localized scouring which could impact the overall safety of the bridge structure.

Construction Notice: RFT2025-058 Humber Station Culvert Replacement

NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION

Humber Station Road Culvert Replacement, Bolton

As part of RFT 2025-058, Humber Station Road will be closed for a culvert replacement. The closure will be at Keily Crescent. The area will be fully restored at the end of the project. 

Access for Emergency Services, Student Transportation Services, Waste Collection, and Postal Services will be obstructed. Construction notification signs will be installed and maintained throughout the project.

August 12, 2025 (CALEDON, ON) – The Town of Caledon is now accepting nominations for the 2026 Caledon Walk of Fame. From August 11 to October 6, residents are invited to help celebrate exceptional individuals who have made significant contributions to Caledon or brought national or international recognition to the community.

Notice of Construction: Temporary Speed Hump Installation

As part of our ongoing commitment to road safety and traffic calming, temporary speed humps are being installed at a variety of locations across Caledon. These locations were identified through Council and resident feedback, as well as subsequent studies conducted by staff to assess and prioritize areas based on traffic conditions and safety concerns. The goal of these installations is to reduce vehicle speeds and enhance safety in residential neighborhoods.
