June 26, 2024 (CALEDON, ON) – At the Council Meeting on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, Council approved the rezoning of 11 of 12 development applications to provide nearly 35,000 housing units in Caledon as it prepares to grow to 300,000 residents by 2051. New Neighbourhood Park Construction – Caledon East
Work includes the installation of a playground, basketball court, shade structure, pathways, seating, lighting, and planting. The park is located 42 Raspberry Ridge Ave, Caledon East in an area of new subdivision development.
No road closures are required. Neighbouring properties of the park can expect construction noise at times throughout the day for the duration of the project.
