Proposed Changes
The applicant has submitted a Zoning By-law Amendment application to facilitate the development of a three storey Seniors Retirement Facility with a total of 127 units consisting of a mix of unit types and levels of care. The applicant is proposing to rezone the lands to facilitate the proposed development.
This Open House has been scheduled to provide the public further opportunity to review the current proposal as a number of years has passed since the Statutory Public Information Meeting was held.
