In addition, members of the public can watch meetings through the live stream available on the Town's website.

Proposed Changes:
The applicant has submitted a Zoning By-law Amendment to remove the Holding Symbol (“RMD-719-H52”) on the subject lands currently zoned Mixed Density Residential Zone – Exception 719 – Holding Provision 52 by Zoning By-law 2006-50, as amended. Removal of the Holding Symbol (“H52”) will permit the lands to be developed for uses permitted in the RMD-719 zone.

Appeal Procedure:
Under Section 36(3) of the Planning Act, only the applicant has appeal rights with respect to the removal of a Holding (H) symbol. There are no third-party rights to appeal the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment.
