Notice of Heritage By-law Amendment 2025-016

The Town of Caledon has passed By-law 2025-016 to amend Heritage Designation By-law 2024-080, being “A by-law to designate 12461 McLaughlin Road as a property of cultural heritage value or interest”, under Section 30.1 of the Ontario Heritage Act.

The purpose and effect of this by-law amendment is to correct the legal description of the property to the following

Part of Lots 19 and 20, Concession 1 WHS (Chinguacousy); Subject-to an easement in gross over Parts 8, 9 & 10 on Expropriation Plan as in PR4119020; Town of Caledon; Regional Municipality of Peel.
