NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION

Victoria Parks Community Centre Parking Lot Improvements & Park Redevelopment - RFT# 2026-031-26-21

Work includes existing parking lot reconfiguration, asphalt paving, electrical service upgrades to the building, Level 2 and Level 3 electrical vehicle charging stations, new park and parking lot lighting, pathway network, a new playground, shade structure, double dedicated pickleball court, seating and planting. The park is located at 35 Victoria Crescent, in Mono Mills.

No road closures are required. Neighbouring properties of the park can expect construction noise at times throughout the day for the duration of the project.

Access to the community center will remain open with some short-term closures as required to facilitate parking lot and building electrical upgrade works. The existing Tennis courts and T-Ball diamond will be closed to public use through construction.

Targeted Start Date: July 20, 2026

Targeted End Date: by Spring 2027
