NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION

 

RFT 2025-264 – Highpoint Sideroad Culvert Replacement works – Phase 1 - Advanced Tree Removals Works

(Highpoint Sideroad between Kennedy Road and Highway 10)

 

The Town of Caledon has planned for the Highpoint Sideroad culvert replacement (GPS location: 43.908563, -80.039934) located between Kennedy Road and Highway 10. In advance of the upcoming culvert replacement works, tree removal works (Phase 1 works) are required to facilitate these works. The culvert replacement works (Phase 2 works) are proposed to commence in the summer of 2026.

 

Temporary single lane closures maybe required to complete the tree removal works. The works are anticipated to start the week of March 16, 2026 pending favorable weather.  Increased traffic and delays within the work limits are to be expected throughout the duration of the project.

Anticipated Commencement Date: March 16, 2026

Anticipated Completion Date: March 20, 2026
