Proposed Changes:

The applicant has applied for Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision applications to facilitate the development of forty-nine (49) common element townhouse units, on a private road consisting of 30 back-to-back townhouses and 19 townhouses with 2 parking spaces per unit. Twelve additional visitor parking spaces are also proposed.
