This is to inform you that the Town of Caledon has received an application for Draft Plan of Subdivision. Your input and insight will inform and shape plans that meet the needs of our community.

Applicant: Riepma Consultants Inc. on behalf of Airport 12151 Inc, 6086 Mayfield Inc, 2652876 Ontario Ltd, 6206 Mayfield Inc, and 6230 Mayfield Inc.
Location: 12151 Airport Road, 6086 Mayfield Road, 6186 Mayfield Road, 6206 Mayfield Road and 6230 Mayfield Road.
Proposed Changes
The applicant has submitted a Draft Plan of Subdivision application to create industrial lots, a collector road from Mayfield Road to Airport Road through the subject lands, and a stormwater management pond to service the future development of the industrial lots.
The application is currently under review by the Town of Caledon.

Appeal Procedures
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, if one is held, or make written submissions to the Clerk of the Town of Caledon in respect of the proposed plan of subdivision before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of subdivision, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Town of Caledon to the Ontario Land Tribunal.
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, if one is held, or make written submissions to the Clerk of the Town of Caledon in respect of the proposed plan of subdivision before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of subdivision, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Land Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to do so.
