Digram Developments Caledon Inc - Update June 4, 2025

The Town of Caledon would like to inform all residents and stakeholders that the following developments will be completed in 2025:

• Digram Developments Caledon Inc. Phase 1, 43M - 2051

• Digram Developments Caledon Inc, Phase 2, 43M - 2096

• Digram Developments Caledon Inc, Phase 3, 43M - 2077

The Towns Contractor Network Sewer and Watermain Ltd. has completed majority of curbs and working on sidewalk construction. Storm sewer cleaning has been completed and any repairs will be scheduled in the next few weeks. Contractor is continuing with topsoil and fill removal from park area.

Homeowners and residents are reminded that certain aspects of the development, including grading, sodding of individual lots, and driveway paving (private works), fall under the responsibility of the builder. These tasks are outside the scope of the Town's contracted work but may rely on the Town completing the municipal works prior to the private works being commencing. Residents will need to coordinated private works directly with the builder. Please contact your home builder listed below:

Builders will commence lot grading once all concrete works are completed in front of their lots. Updates on the progress of these projects will be provided as they become available and will be displayed at www.caledon.ca/digramdevelopments.
