NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION

RFT 2025-022 – Mill Street Deep Culvert Replacement Works

The Town of Caledon will be completing a routine culvert replacement on Mill Street located between Mississauga Road and Creditview Road, Cheltenham. This culvert is in poor condition and requires replacement to maintain road safety. The Town will also be completing watermain replacement works within the culvert replacement limits with coordination with our municipal partners from the Region of Peel.

A full road closure will be required to complete these works. The works are anticipated to start the week of June 2, 2025. Local traffic will be permitted, however there will be an open cut within the road to complete the culvert replacement and flow through traffic between Mississauga Road and Creditview Road will not be available.  Increased traffic and delays within the work limits are to be expected throughout the duration of the project.

Anticipated Commencement Date: June 2, 2025

Anticipated Completion Date: October 3, 2025
