NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION

 

RFT 2025-007 – Ponds 41 and 94 Repair and Improvement Works

 

The Town of Caledon will be completing routine maintenance and repair works on two stormwater management (SWM) facilities known as Ponds 41 and 94 that are municipally owned and operation by the Town. These ponds are located within proximity to the intersection of George Bolton Pkwy and Coleraine Drive, Bolton. The proposed maintenance works are required to ensure that these facilities are operating as intended.

 

The works are anticipated to start the week of June 2, 2025. Temporary single lane closures may be required on George Bolton Pkwy to complete these works. Increased traffic and delays within the work limits are to be expected throughout the duration of the project.

 

The Town appreciates your patience, understanding and co-operation during these maintenance and repair works.

 

Anticipated Commencement Date: June 2, 2025

Anticipated Completion Date: July 31, 2025
