NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION

RFT # 2026-036-26-125 Mill Street Rehabilitation

(Mississauga Road to Creditview Road)

The study area is situated on Mill Street from Creditview Road to Mississauga Road, Cheltenham. Mill Street requires rehabilitation to address its current condition and extend the service life of the roadway. The proposed work consists of roadway maintenance and rehabilitation activities and does not include road widening.

Local traffic will have access to their properties. Access for emergency services and essential maintenance vehicles will be maintained throughout the construction period. All efforts will be made to reduce impact to impacted stakeholders, however; construction traffic will increase along local roads needed to access the site.

The construction schedule associated with these works is as follows:

Anticipated Commencement Date: July 13, 2026

Anticipated Completion Date: Fall 2026
