NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION

 

Strawberry Hill Court Retaining Reconstruction Works

Strawberry Hill Ct. / Bond St. Walkway

The Town of Caledon (Town) has retained Jarlian Construction (Jarlian) to complete the reconstruction of an existing retaining wall (GPS location: 43.879979, -79.725286) on Strawberry Hill Court located along the trailway that connects Strawberry Hill Court to Bond Street, Bolton.

 

Work started in August 2025. Due to winter weather conditions, the Town’s contractor (Jarlian) completed a temporary winter shutdown of these works in December 2025. The Town’s contractor (Jarlian) will be resuming the retaining wall replacement works with the anticipated start date during the week of May 4, 2026.

 

The Town appreciates your patience, understanding and co-operation during this important emergency project.

 

Anticipated Commencement Date: May 4, 2026

Anticipated Completion Date: Late Summer 2026
