NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION

 Emergency Repair Works - SWM Facility No. 6 and Cross Country Blvd Drainage

The study area is situated on Cross Country Blvd and within an existing stormwater management (SWM) facility known as SWM facility no. 6 locate adjacent to English Rose Lane, Bolton. The work on Cross Country Blvd will involve local drainage improvement works including subdrain installation work, paving and restoration works. The emergency work on SWM facility no. 6 will involve outlet repair work, berm stabilization work, and restoration work.  

Local traffic will have access to their properties. Access for emergency services and essential maintenance vehicles will be maintained throughout the construction period. All efforts will be made to reduce impact to impacted stakeholders, however; construction traffic will increase along local roads needed to access the site.

The construction schedule associated with these works is as follows:

Anticipated Commencement Date: October 5, 2026

Anticipated Completion Date: November 27, 2026
