Construction Notice: Emergency Repair Works – Mountainview Road

Emergency Repair of Mountainview Road

Emergency repair works will be completed on the roadside embankment on Mountainview Road, approximately 300 m north of Escarpment Sideroad in Caledon.

This work will include rebuilding and stabilizing the failed roadside slope and placement of rip rap for erosion protection. Site restoration will be completed following the repair works.

Mountainview Road will be temporarily closed during construction. Access will be maintained up to approximately 17485 Mountainview Road for northbound traffic and 17509 Mountainview Road for southbound traffic.

A signed detour will be provided via Mountainview Road – Escarpment Sideroad – Airport Road – Charleston Sideroad – Mountainview Road.
