Park improvements will take place which include the removal of all existing rubber surfacing in the playground/splash pad area, and will be replaced with new rubber surfacing.
The playground areas will be closed off with construction fencing during construction.

In response to the horrific tragedy in Toronto yesterday in which 10 people were killed and several more injured when a van careened onto a sidewalk on Yonge Street, the Town of Caledon is lowering flags at Town Hall and other Town facilities starting Wednesday, April 25.

Travel site Expedia.ca has named Caledon as one of its “Top Honeymoon Destinations in the World.” Caledon, the article says, “is one of those perfect hidden gems, with a ton of bed and breakfasts, farmers markets, cycling trails, and cideries.”
“It’s not hard to fall in love with Caledon,” said Mayor Allan Thompson. “There are so many beautiful locations in Caledon, it’s the perfect backdrop to celebrate love!”
