The Town of Caledon (Town)’s Multi-Modal Transportation Master Plan (MMTMP) was completed in June 2024. The MMTMP expands upon Provincial, Regional and Town plans and initiatives to address mobility needs to 2051, which is consistent with the Future Caledon Official Plan. The MMTMP is a long-term strategy that guides the planning, policy, and infrastructure needs of the Town’s multi-modal transportation system to accommodate future growth and development.

The Town of Caledon is developing a Site Alteration By-law as part of Caledon's Housing Action Plan, reflecting our commitment to expediting post-approval development processes.
