What are we doing?

Crack sealing is a method of applying a hot sealant into cracks in a road surface. The sealant prevents or reduces the intrusion of water and other materials into the pavement. Crack sealing is a cost-effective treatment that can extend pavement life by three to five years.
The following roads will have crack sealing completed this year:

Road Reconstruction of Mississauga Road
(From Charleston Sideroad to 1.8 km south of Charleston Sideroad)
Mississauga Road will be closed from Charleston Sideroad to 1.8 km south of Charleston Sideroad for reconstruction in order to improve road safety, stormwater drainage and to extend the life of the pavement surface.
