Sometimes circumstances change and families can no longer keep their pets. When that happens, Caledon Animal Services offers support through Home To Home™, a free online service that helps pets transition directly into new families without entering a shelter.

This program eases the stress of rehoming for both pets and owners. By connecting current owners with adopters, pets can move straight from one home to another, avoiding shelter stays and keeping space available for animals in crisis.

Home To Home™ also benefits adopters, who get valuable insight from the pet’s current owner about routines, personality, and care needs. The result is a smoother transition and a better match for everyone involved.
