Swimming Pool Party Rules

Cost: $375 for 25 participants* or $397.19 for 50 participants*

*participant refers to anyone in the water or remaining on the pool deck.

Caledon Centre for Recreation & Wellness:

• Saturdays 4 -6 p.m.

Caledon East Community Complex:

• Saturdays 1:15 – 2:15 p.m.
• Sundays 5 - 6 p.m.

Mayfield Recreation Complex:

• Fridays 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Southfields Community Centre:

• Saturdays 3:30 – 5:00 p.m.
• Sunday 3:30 – 5:00 p.m.

Party schedule:

• Two Hours - Party room to host guests (room booking overlaps the the activity time).
• One Hour - Exclusive use of pool and lifeguards.

Pool Amenities:

Lifejackets, flutter boards, and floatation belts, and other select equipment will be available for use. Lifeguards reserve the right to prohibit any items that may present a safety concern.

Get ready to Party! Celebrate that special birthday with a party that has a little bit of everything. Enjoy games, crafts, and tons of fun.

Cost: $250 for 8 participants or $304.40 for 12 (maximum) participants.

• Group activity: Freeze dance, elephant ball, doggy doggy, who’s go your bone, musical chairs.

Looking for a great place to celebrate with your team after a long season, you found the place. Enjoy spending time with your team and join in some fun sports, group games, and or team building activities.

Clean indoor shoes are required.

Cost: $300 for 12 participants or $354.40 for 24 (max) participants.

• Group games: minute to win it, dodgeball.
• Teambuilding activities: project pipeline, around the world.
• Sports (vary by facility):
  • CCRW – Badminton, pickleball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, Floor hockey (CSA approved hockey helmet is required).
  • CECC – Badminton, pickleball, soccer, basketball, volleyball.

If you are looking for something fun and exciting to do, then the youth centre party is for you. Enjoy exclusive use of the Youth Centre with a wide variety of amenities bound to keep party guests entertained, active and enjoying all your favorite party traditions!

Cost:  $350 for 15 participants $404.40 for 20 (max) participants.

Party Schedule:

• Two Hour – Exclusive use of the Youth Centre to host guests; lawn games or preschool toys are available for booking, depending on participants’ age.
  
  

Available Amenities and Activities:

• Foosball, Air hockey, Billiards Table, Ping Pong, and Skeeball.
• Lawn Games (6+ years old): Giant Connet Four, Jenga and Snakes and Ladders.
• Preschool toys (1-6 years old): small obstacle Course, Bean Bag Toss, Roller Coaster Car, Plazma Car, Jr. Basketball.

Try your hand at the Rockwall and climb your way to the top. This physically active party package provides a great opportunity to challenge participants of all skill levels and abilities. Harness and helmets will be provided. Indoor shoes required.

Participants must wear closed-toe shoes. Helmet and harness will be provided.

Waiver: Parent/guardian must sign waiver on behalf of those 17 years of age and younger, to participate.

All parties must be booked a minimum of three weeks in advance.

Please fill out a Party Request Form and submit online. Our booking team will contact you to firm up your booking details for your party. After the party is booked a contract, payment information and participant waivers will be emailed to the party organizer. Full payment and signed contract are due immediately upon booking.

Depending on the facility requested the booking will include:

• Caledon Centre for Recreation and Wellness and Caledon - Exclusive use of pool
• Caledon East Community Complex – Exclusive use of pool
• Mayfield Recreation Complex - Exclusive use of pool
• Southfields Community Centre - depending on booking, parties may have access to either one or both pools at the same time.

You are permitted to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your party. Our staff will be responsible for set up and take down of your party (ie: tables, chairs, garbage). The party booking organizer is responsible for setting up their own decorations and food. Only painter’s tape can be used to hang decorations, and items are not permitted to be taped on windows.

You are permitted 15 minutes following your party booking end time to clean up and vacate the party room. Our staff will be responsible for tidying the room (ie: tables, chairs, garbage). The party booking organizer is responsible for cleaning up their own decorations and food. All food leftovers must be taken home or thrown away.

The Facilitator will ensure the tables and chairs are set up, take out and put back all equipment required for your party, and run selected activities outlined in your selected party theme. The party booking organizer is the host of these events. Our staff is on-site to help facilitate the party activities but the ultimate responsibility for the party guests remains with the party organizer.

Party organizers are responsible for providing their own refreshments and are welcome to bring in food, snacks, cake, drinks, etc. for their guests. Note: Access to the fridge/freezer is available upon request. Fridge size does not accommodate large cakes.

In the event of a cancellation, a minimum of two weeks’ notice must be given in order for us to issue a refund minus an administration fee of twenty (20%) non-refundable deposit.
