Fitness centre locations

Visit any of our three fitness centres and enjoy a variety of cardio machines, strength equipment, free weights, and versatile active spaces to support every workout.

Monday to Friday: 5:45 a.m. – 10:45 p.m.
Saturday to Sunday: 7:00 a.m.  8.00 p.m.

Closed on statutory holidays.

Caledon Centre for Recreation and Wellness (14111 Hwy 50, Bolton)

Our largest fitness centre, offering a bright, open-concept floor with a full range of modern cardio machines, comprehensive strength‑training equipment, and expansive free‑weight areas. Members can enjoy a well‑organized layout featuring zones for functional training, stretching, and mobility work.

Walking track

The fitness centre at CCRW features a 97‑metre indoor walking track surrounding the main fitness centre floor. The track includes four dedicated lanes, providing a safe, consistent surface for walking at various speeds. It offers a reliable, indoor option for low‑impact activity in all seasons.

Squash courts 

The fitness centre at CCRW features two full international‑standard indoor squash courts, offering a bright, clean, and well‑maintained environment ideal for both recreational players and those looking to sharpen their competitive edge. The courts are located at the rear of the fitness centre and are commonly used for sport-based workouts, skill development, and friendly matches. Their high‑quality surfaces and enclosed design provide an excellent playing experience suitable for all levels—from beginners to experienced athletes.

Booking a court

Squash courts can be booked up to two weeks in advance through the Customer Service Desk at the Caledon Centre for Recreation and Wellness. Courts are free for members and $X.XX for non‑members, and each reservation includes 40 minutes of court time, plus access to the fitness centre for the duration of your booking.

Equipment rentals

Racquets and balls can be rented at the time of your court booking and are available for use throughout your visit. Rentals are $5.00 (tax included) and are disinfected between uses. For more details, speak with staff at the Customer Service Desk.

Steam Room

The fitness centre changerooms at CCRW include an indoor steam room, providing a relaxing heat‑therapy experience perfect for winding down after a workout, easing muscle tension, and supporting post‑exercise recovery. Located within the main recreation facility, the stream room is part of CCRW's wellness amenities, offering members a quiet, restorative space to complement their fitness routine.

Fitness Studio 1

Located at the rear of the fitness centre, Fitness Studio 1 is a versatile, multi‑purpose space equipped for a wide range of group fitness classes. It supports strength, cardio, and low‑impact formats, making it ideal for both high‑energy and beginner‑friendly programs.

Fitness Studio 2

Situated at the south end of the facility, Fitness Studio 2 is designed for cycling and mind‑body programming. The studio features dedicated spin equipment and an adaptable layout suited for quieter, technique‑focused classes.

Caledon East Community Complex (6215 Old Church Rd, Caledon East)

A welcoming, community-focused environment with a balanced mix of newer cardio equipment, multi‑station strength machines, and a dedicated area equipped with free weights and benches. The space is ideal for members who prefer a quieter, more intimate workout setting.

Walking Track

The Caledon East Community Complex features a 100‑metre indoor walking track located on the second floor, overlooking the Gymnasium. The track provides a smooth, reliable surface for walking at your own pace and is suitable for year‑round, low‑impact activity.

Adults 55 years and older can access the track free of charge during designated hours.

The group fitness studio at CECC is a versatile, multi‑use space designed to support a full range of cardio, strength, and mind‑body programs. Its open layout and adaptable equipment make it suitable for high‑energy classes, balance and mobility training, and low‑impact formats for all fitness levels.

Fitness Drop-in Schedule

Southfields Community Centre (225 Dougall Ave, Southfields)

A clean and modern fitness area featuring a thoughtfully curated selection of cardio machines, strength‑training stations, and free‑weight options suitable for all fitness levels. With an efficient layout and adaptable workout zones, it’s a great choice for both beginners and experienced members.

Fitness Studio

The fitness studio at SCC is a bright, flexible space designed to support a wide range of strength, cardio, and mind‑body programs. With an open layout and versatile equipment, the studio accommodates everything from energetic, music‑driven classes to slower, technique‑focused formats.

Fitness Drop-in Schedule

Individuals must be 11 years and older to access fitness centres. Youth and teens (11 to 17 years old) must receive an orientation with fitness staff unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

 

Memberships and single visits

Our single visit option is a great way to enjoy our fitness centres without the commitment of a membership. Admission fees for single, drop-in visits are as follows (includeHST):

Drop-in activities: Flexible, one-time sessions that fit your schedule

Our drop-in fitness classes offer convenience and flexibility. With no commitment required, you can attend sessions that fit your schedule. Led by certified instructors, these classes focus on different fitness areas such as strength, cardio, and flexibility. Reserve your spot in advance on the Caledon Recreation app or register in-person or over the phone with customer service, then simply check in at in at the front desk and you're ready to go!

Courses: Structured, multi-week programs

Build skills, confidence, and consistency with our pre-registered fitness courses. There multi-week programs designed to help you grow in a supportive, small-group setting. Learn alongside familiar instructors and peers as you progress week by week in offerings like Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Total Training for Teens. Commit to your goals and stay motivated—programs available for ages 11 years and older.

Fitness orientations

Fitness orientations ensure everyone can use our fitness centres safely and confidently. Each orientation is a 60‑minute session led by a certified personal trainer that introduces participants to the fitness space, equipment, safety guidelines, and expectations for independent use. Orientations are free for Fitness and All-Access members and open for registration two weeks in advance.

Youth and teens (11 to 17 years old) must book fitness orientations in person at a fitness centre with a parent or legal guardian.

Purchase a personal training package

Pricing is subject to change and excludes HST, applicable surcharges, and discounts. Packages expire after activation: one (1) to twenty-five (25) sessions within one (1) year; fifty (50) sessions within two (2) years. Additional terms may apply.

 

Admission standards

  • Only closed-toed, indoor athletic shoes are permitted.

  • Food and beverages other than water in a non-glass container is not permitted.

  • No private or for-profit services are permitted.

  • All injuries and incidents must be reported to staff immediately.

  • Personal items are to remain in the change rooms.

  • Fitness area access is permitted to those aged eleven (11) years and older.

  • Those eleven (11) to seventeen (17) years of age may be granted access to the fitness area if directly supervised by a parent or legal guardian, or following a successful youth orientation conducted by Town of Caledon staff.

  • Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted into the facility and consumption of these substances is not permitted on the premises of the facility.

For privacy reasons, electronic devices such as cell phones or portable games are not permitted in change rooms, washrooms, and program areas. Photography and filming are not permitted during registered programs and drop-in activities. Town staff may take photos for marketing purposes, with parental/guardian permission required for participants 17 years and younger.
