Celebrate Seniors Month with free activities and programs across Caledon

CALEDON, ON (May 21, 2025) – June is Seniors Month in Ontario – a time to recognize the vital contributions of older adults in our communities. The Town of Caledon is marking the occasion with a full calendar of free and engaging opportunities for residents aged 55+ to stay active, connect with fellow residents, and try something new.

Free recreation access, all month long
From June 1 to 30, residents aged 55+ can enjoy unlimited, free access to Caledon’s recreation centres and drop-in activities. Whether it's swimming, skating, walking tracks, or fitness programs –there's something for everyone.

  • Already a member? No action required. You’ll automatically receive a free extension on your current membership.
  • New to recreation? Sign up for a no-commitment Seniors Month Membership and enjoy unlimited access to drop-in activities all month long.

Discover free events, activities, and celebrations
In addition to free recreation programs, the Town and its partners are hosting a wide range of programs throughout June. From beginner-friendly “Try-It” fitness sessions to creative arts, live performances, educational workshops, and festive social gatherings — there are plenty of ways to participate.
