Town of Caledon awarded for excellence in communications

CALEDON, ON (December 18, 2025) – The Town of Caledon is proud to be recognized with two Gold MarCom Awards from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP) for excellence in strategic planning, creativity, and measurable impact in municipal communications. The awards highlight the Town’s commitment to clear, engaging and community-focused storytelling that supports Council priorities and delivers meaningful results for residents.

“This recognition reflects the innovative thinking, collaboration, and professionalism of our staff, and I am incredibly proud of the work they do every day to serve our residents,” said CAO Nathan Hyde. “These awards underscore Caledon’s commitment to service excellence in how we plan, collaborate, and deliver results for residents.”

Culture Days 2024
Caledon’s Strategic Communication Plan for the Culture Days 2024 campaign promoted more than 60 free community events and three flagship experiences: the Studio Tour, the Caledon Creative Arts Festival and CultureFest. In 2024, Caledon ranked second in Canada among small municipalities for Culture Days participation and placed in the national top 10 overall.
