Shacca Holdings Caledon Inc.

Shacca Holdings Caledon has applied for a Plan of Subdivision, Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment to facilitate a mixed use development that includes residential, commercial and environmental protection components.  

The applicant is proposing 38 condominium townhouse units and 1,375 m2 (14,800 ft2) of retail commercial uses including the conversion of the Allison’s Grove residence for commercial uses.

The Town has received a proposed Draft Plan of Subdivision, Zoning By-law Amendment and Official Plan Amendment to create approximately 562 single detached dwelling lots, park blocks, future development blocks and a network of public roads.

Telecommunication Tower (18601 Mississauga Road)

An Open House will be held on June 29, 2017 at the Inglewood Community Centre (15855 McLaughlin Road) to discuss a proposed Telecommunication Tower located at 18601 Mississauga Road. 

The open house will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

A Public Information Centre will be held on June 26, 2017 to discuss a proposed telecommunications tower located at 14111 Regional Road 50. View the location map below.
