Old School Road Rehabilitation

Between Hurontario Street and Kennedy Road

Old School Road between Hurontario Street and Kennedy Road will be closed for road rehabilitation that includes shoulder grading, asphalt paving and boulevard restoration. The road will be open to local traffic for the duration of the project.

The detour route will be Hurontario Street to King Street to Kennedy Road.

Winter Parking Ban Lifted

Town of Caledon lifts winter parking ban

March 14, 2022 - Effective immediately, the Town of Caledon has lifted the winter parking ban. Residents are reminded, however, that even when there is no ban in place, vehicles may still be ticketed and/or towed if they interfere with normal snow removal operations.

As well, residents are kindly requested to place their garbage/recycling/composting bins at the end of their driveways or property.  Placing bins on the road can interfere with safe snow plow operations. Also, we would like...

March 11, 2022 – Clocks will spring forward one hour at 2 a.m. on March 13 this year and Caledon Fire and Emergency Services is urging residents to install new batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide alarms when they change their clocks.
