The Town has received a proposed Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit a 66-unit townhouse development within a common element condominium with a revised range of townhouse zoning provisions.

There is no Public Meeting scheduled at this time. 

Further notification will be provided of a future Public Meeting once it has been scheduled.
