• Lifeguards will be present to supervise swimming. Total number of guests includes spectators on the pool deck, as well as those in the water.

• Adults may be required in the water, dependent on age and swim ability of the participants.

• Refer to the Swim Admission Policy for adult supervision requirements.

• 1 Hour - Exclusive use of pool, access to pool and equipment
• 2 Hours - Party room to host guests.

• Life jackets, flutter boards, and floatation belts, and other select equipment will be available for use.
• Lifeguards reserve the right to prohibit any items that may present a safety concern.

This party is sure to be a huge hit with all sports enthusiasts. Join in the fun with a one-hour exclusive use of the gym and select from variety of sports, including: basketball, badminton, floor hockey, pickleball, soccer, volleyball.

Clean indoor shoes and CSA approved hockey helmet for floor hockey is required.

All parties must be booked a minimum of three weeks in advance to a maximum of eight weeks.

Please fill out a Party Request Form and submit online. Our booking team will contact you to firm up your booking details for your party. After the party is booked a contract, payment information and participant waivers will be emailed to the party organizer. Full payment and signed contract are due immediately upon booking.

Depending on the facility requested the booking will include:

• Caledon Centre for Recreation and Wellness and Caledon - Exclusive use of pool
• Caledon East Community Complex – Exclusive use of pool
• Mayfield Recreation Complex - Exclusive use of pool
• Southfields Community Centre - depending on booking, parties may have access to either one or both pools at the same time.

You are permitted to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your party. Our staff will be responsible for set up and take down of your party (ie: tables, chairs, garbage). The party booking organizer is responsible for setting up their own decorations and food. Only painter’s tape can be used to hang decorations, and items are not permitted to be taped on windows.

You are permitted 15 minutes following your party booking end time to clean up and vacate the party room. Our staff will be responsible for tidying the room (ie: tables, chairs, garbage). The party booking organizer is responsible for cleaning up their own decorations and food. All food leftovers must be taken home or thrown away.

The Facilitator will ensure the tables and chairs are set up, take out and put back all equipment required for your party, and run selected activities outlined in your selected party theme. The party booking organizer is the host of these events. Our staff is on-site to help facilitate the party activities but the ultimate responsibility for the party guests remains with the party organizer.

Party organizers are responsible for providing their own refreshments and are welcome to bring in food, snacks, cake, drinks, etc. for their guests. Note: Access to the fridge/freezer is available upon request. Fridge size does not accommodate large cakes.

In the event of a cancellation, a minimum of two weeks’ notice must be given in order for us to issue a refund minus an administration fee of twenty (20%) non-refundable deposit.
