The applicant has submitted a Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit two (2) industrial warehouse buildings. The lands are currently zoned Agricultural (A1) and are proposed to be rezoned to Serviced Industrial (MS-XX) Zone, with site specific development standards, and Environmental Protection Area One (EPA1) Zone, under By-law 2006-50, as amended.
