Official Plan Amendment

The Proposed Official Plan Amendment intends to redesignate the lands from Low-Density Residential to Medium-Density Residential with a site-specific policy to permit 49 common-element townhouses with a net density of 47 units per hectare.

Zoning By-law Amendment

The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to re-zone the lands from Residential One – Exception 116 (R1-116) to a site-specific Residential Townhouse (RT-XX) Zone.
