 Zoning By-law Amendment

The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to rezone the lands from Environmental Policy Area 1 – Oak Ridges Moraine (EPA1-ORM), Environmental Policy Area 2 – Oak Ridges Moraine (EPA2-ORM) and Rural – Oak Ridges Moraine 596 (A2-ORM-596) to Estate Residential - Oak Ridges Moraine Exception 731 (RE-731-ORM). This new zone will permit the development of four estate residential lots with structural envelopes.
