The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to amend the zoning on a portion of the lands from Environmental Policy Area 1 Zone – Oak Ridges Moraine (EPA1-ORM), Environmental Policy Area 2 Zone – Oak Ridges Moraine (EPA2-ORM), and Rural – Oak Ridges Moraine – Exception 596 (A2-ORM-596) to a site-specific Estate Residential – Oak Ridges Moraine (RE-ORM-XX) zone. This new zone will permit the development of four estate residential lots with structural envelopes.
