The applicant has submitted a Zoning By-law Amendment to permit a Transportation Depot, a Commercial Motor Vehicle (truck) Repair Facility, and office uses accessory to the depot and repair facility on the site. The lands subject to the amendment are currently zoned Agricultural (A1) and are proposed to be rezoned to Serviced Industrial (MS-XX) with site-specific development standards, and Environmental Protection Area 2 (EPA2) Zone, under Zoning By-law 2006-50, as amended.
