 Official Plan Amendment
The Official Plan Amendment proposes to redesignate land use on the property from Policy Area 4 to a notwithstanding site-specific land use policy. 
 Zoning By-law Amendment
The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to rezone the property from Rural – Oak Ridges Moraine (A2-ORM) to a site-specific Rural zone (A2-XX-ORM) and Environmental Policy Area 2 (EPA2-ORM) zone.
