The applicant has submitted a Zoning By-law Amendment to remove the Holding Symbol (“H51”) from the site-specific zone MS-712-H51. Removal of the Holding Symbol will permit the lands to be developed for parking and landscaped areas in conjunction with the proposed warehouse use on the property. |
