The applicant has submitted an Official Plan Amendment application (File: POPA 2026-0002) to create the Healey Gore Secondary Plan. The proposed Healey Gore Secondary Plan Area has an area of approximately 40 hectares (98.8 acres) and redesignates the lands to Neighbourhood Area, Urban Corridor, and Natural Features and Area designations. A conceptual road network is also shown on the proposed Land Use Plan. The Secondary Plan is intended to facilitate approximately 835 single-detached, semi-detached and townhouse dwellings, a neighbourhood park and access to open space. |
