The applicant proposes to permit the use of a Tractor Trailer Repair Facility, with accessory trailer parking in the rear of the building. The proposal consists of the existing industrial building, the addition of 5 truck doors to the existing building, 40 surface parking spaces and 4 Tractor Trailer parking spaces. The purpose of the Zoning By-law Amendment is to re-zone the lands from Serviced Industrial (MS) to a site-specific Serviced Industrial (MS-XX) Zone to permit the use of a Tractor Trailer Repair Facility. |
