 Zoning By-law Amendment

The Town is proposing to introduce a new Future Development (FD) Zone category for the settlement area expansion, designated as New Urban Area 2051, New Community Area and New Employment Area in Future Caledon Official Plan. The new zone category will allow the continuation of legally existing uses, and all uses permitted in the Agricultural (A1) Zone.
