Property Description
The subject lands, known municipally as 15877 Mount Wolfe Road, comprise an area of approximately 56.31 hectares (139.15 acres).
Draft Plan of Subdivision Application

The Draft Plan of Subdivision proposes to develop a 28-lot estate residential subdivision with lots ranging in size from 0.45 ha (1.11 ac) to 5.9 ha (14.58 ac).
Most would be accessed through an internal street network with one entrance to Mount Wolfe Road, south of Old Church Road.
Two lots (Lots 1 and 2) would face onto Mount Wolfe Road, south of the proposed entrance. The subdivision is proposed to be serviced by municipal water with individual on-site sewage disposal (septic systems).

Zoning By-law Amendment Application

The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment would rezone the subject lands from Rural (A2) to Estate Residential - Exception XXX (RE-XXX).
