At the same time, Frivolous, Vexatious, or Unreasonable Complaints or Feedback can consume a disproportionate amount of time and resources, and impede Town Employees from addressing other essential issues. This Policy establishes a consistent process for Town Employees to follow when responding to such Complaints or Requests related to Town By-laws, programs, facilities, or services.
