Customer Service Week occurs annually in October and recognizes the dedicated staff who work deliver services to residents, businesses, and visitors.

Caledon’s customer service staff is committed to delivering exceptional, equitable and accessible customer service. We are proud to recognize our front-line staff for their dedication to service excellence and making positive differences every day.

In 2024, our customer service teams:

  • Answered more than 76,700 phone calls across Service Caledon and Recreation Customer Service
  • Returned more than 3,000 voicemails
  • Received more than 31,300 emails
  • Managed more than 6,000 service requests and bylaw complaints
  • Welcomed more than 2 million 700 thousand visitors across our facilities
